In this activity, you are working for an advertising firm. You are in charge of arranging a 5 course meal for some very prestigious clients that are interested in hiring your firm. Below are the foods you are serving at each course:
- 1st course – Brie
- 2nd course – Oysters Rockefeller
- 3rd course – Chicken Cacciatore
- 4th course – Venison Tenderloin
- 5th course – Baklava
You are planning to serve a different wine with each course. For every course, you should list the wine varietal/appellation you are going to serve with the dish. You also need to include a photo of the wine and a photo of the food, complete with references for the photos (i.e. website URLs where you got the photos). Finally, you’ll need an explanation why you picked the wine to go with a particular dish. Your explanation should include which wine flavors go best with what flavors in the food.
