organization, or the society involved in the crisis or organizational change. Include leadership factors
such as skills, strengths, weaknesses, characteristics, values and behaviors of the selected leader.
Through research and discovery, consider why these factors are important and how they are relevant.
Recount what are/were the leader’s 2-3 challenges and what leadership skills/characteristics/traits were
used to address them.
Include if there was a defining moment or event which made this person a leader.
The paper must include information from a minimum of two (2) scholarly sources and two (2) trade
publications.
The final product is a five (5) paper Word document, double spaced in MLA format with an
