This is an educational project in the hospital setting on the early detection of sepsis (SIRS criteria). Its APA format and should not be more than 5 pages. The hospital where I plan to implement the teaching is Cedar Sinai marina del ray (its in Los Angeles). The paper should cover these 5 sections:

Learning Needs Assessment
What is the learning need based on gaps in knowledge that exist between the desired level of performance and the actual performance? Describe what data you analyzed to identify the practice gap? What does the learner need to know? Include your rationale for recommending these learning needs and support them with evidence from the reading for this course.

Learning Objectives
Describe the three learning objectives using SMART or ABCD theory that are measurable and reachable. Consider the three domains of learning objectives (cognitive, psychomotor, and affective)

Evidence in Support of Educational Plan
Summarize at least 3 to 5 references you found while doing a literature review that support the educational plan. Provide a rationale to explain why it is important how the literature informs the project.
Provide a narrative overview of how you are going to teach the learner. Hi
Explain the rationale for the teaching tools you will use such as power points, brochures, distribution materials, unit based class, group session, private sessions etc.
Describe the environment, tools, time, resources etc.
The narration should reflect the competencies of CNL. This section should be a narrative summary of the Teaching Plan provided in the Appendix. The summary should consist of well-drawn paragraphs (no bullet points).
