The objective of Part #2 is to analyze the interview findings to determine one set best practices relative to a variety of types of organization. The group will identify and describe best practices and why they work well in certain types of organizations. Rationale should be given for why the practices are considered “best” relative to the types of organizations. The rationale must include references to theory and learning from the course cited APA style.
If the interview responses do not provide examples of good practices, turn the negative information into positives. For example, if the interview reveals the performance assessment in the person’s organization is not tied to specific performance criteria you could conclude that a best practice is to tie the performance assessment to specific performance criteria.
